Please join us in welcoming Kervin Perry, CAMT,EPA to J+G Companies as our new Director of Maintenance!

Kervin recently joined our team and brings nearly 36 years of multifamily maintenance experience. Throughout his career, he has held a wide range of roles—from porter and maintenance technician to Regional Supervisor and Director of Maintenance—giving him a well-rounded perspective and exceptional leadership experience. We’re excited to have his expertise helping support our communities and maintenance teams.

When asked what he’s enjoyed most about working at J+G so far, Kervin shared “What I’ve enjoyed most so far is how supportive and engaged the leadership team is. It really stands out that leadership is actively involved and available to help keep things on track. That level of accessibility and teamwork makes a big difference and creates an environment where everyone can succeed. The staff across the company have also been extremely welcoming, which has made getting started here very smooth.”
